In 2008 China launched a comprehensive National IP Strategy, read 'Feasible Commitments or Road To Nowhere Paved With Good Intentions'.March 1, 2010, China's State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) announced that during the second liaison officer meeting a draft of new National IP Strategy is discussed.
